Cough is a very natural process for human body. It is very common for each person on the earth to get cough in his life time or we can see many times in a year. Cough is nothing but forceful ejection of unwanted substances from the respiratory system.
Speaking scientifically it is a good sign for human body, because it relives the cough system from foreign particles. Cough helps humans in more ways also like whenever you are in any awkward condition, you can cough to make a distraction. If you require someone to notice you, you can cough fake. These are side usage of cough, but cough can bring serious implications also for you.
Following are few common causes for cough:
a) Asthma: Asthma has a general symptom as cough. For asthma peoples cough can be good if it is productive, as it will clear your lungs. But if it is persistent dry cough, it will create many problems for the person having it.
b) Cold: The most common cause of the cough. Cold is a general health problem, which can happen to anyone. Mostly it happens to everyone in a year.
c) Pneumonia: If you have a persistent cough, you might have pneumonia. It is better to consult a doctor if you feel like so.
General Cough Remedies:
We can use few general dry cough remedies to fight with a common cold cough,
1) Hot milk with some Haldi in it. It will make you feel better. I have personal experience for this.
2) Hot water with Honey. Nothing is better than honey when tackling with cough.
3) A shake to chest and lungs. If you are wheezing, get a hot shake to your chest and you will feel better, because cough will turn liquid and come out.
